Smells horrible due to kitchen in next room. And full pack room exhaust fan in room not working. Avoid is the right word.

"I was pleasantly surprised by Hotel Vivan. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location is great, with many food options nearby. My only suggestion would be to improve the internet connectivity. Overall, I would definitely recommend Hotel Vivan to others."

Was not that bad as this reviews given on. But for 1 night stay is average good. You can have good time here. Went for cold play concert and booked it couple days before event. Connectivity for station and food stalls is good

Worst experience i ever had there was no one responsible for cleanliness. Worst behaviour of the staff and indiscipline hotel. I'm feeling like lodge a proper complaint against it.

Unhygienic rooms and bathrooms, small rooms, broken taps, torn sofas, etc, not a good stay, pictures shown and reality is completely opposite.

Amenities which hotels provide are not up to the mark and also hygiene is not good, and cleanliness is not in the room. Bed cushions are not up to the mark.

Actually in vivaan hotel the bad sheet and blanket was not washed. So hygiene was not maintained as per minimum requirements.
